Reverse Circulation Drilling Method

It can handle deep excavation and allows for rock drilling by using special bits to increase torque!

The "Reverse Circulation Drill Method" was developed by the Salzgitter company in West Germany and introduced to Japan in 1962. It utilizes clean water, stabilizing the borehole walls with a static water pressure of 0.2 kg/cm (water head difference of 2.0 m) and a mud film created from clay and silt particles contained in the circulating water. By rotating the bit to cut the ground and discharging the excavated soil along with the borehole water to the surface using a suction pump, drilling is achieved. This method can accommodate deep drilling and, by using a special bit to increase torque, can also drill through bedrock. 【Features】 - Capable of constructing large-diameter (φ3000mm) piles at great depths (approximately 75m) - Construction is possible in water and low head conditions - Bedrock drilling is possible by using a special bit to increase torque - Due to reverse circulation natural mud water drilling, construction can be performed without collapse even in sandy soil conditions - Can be executed with low vibration and low noise *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
